RETURN POLICY
At BLUUME, each creation is crafted with care and attention. If your order does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
- All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or confirmation email).
- Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refund.
- We only accept returns for products purchased directly from our official website.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt and whether your refund has been approved or declined.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. To request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] before sending the item back.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service for returns over €75. Bluume cannot guarantee receipt of untracked packages.
